Please don't send medical information through this website
This website is for learning about our treatments and getting in touch. Please don't share your medical history, medications or health conditions through the request form, the chat assistant or email. We go over your health history in person at your visit, and it's kept separately from this website.
Information you give us
- Call-back request form. Your name, phone number, email (optional), the treatment you're interested in and any note you add. We use it to call you back and schedule your skin analysis.
- Chat assistant. The messages you type, and your name, email or phone number if you choose to leave them so we can follow up.
- Online booking. When you book, you do it through Boulevard, our booking and scheduling provider. The details you enter there (such as your name, contact information, appointment and payment details) are collected by Boulevard on our behalf. Boulevard may send you appointment confirmations and reminders by email or text.
- Phone, email and social media. Anything you send us when you call, email or message us on Facebook or Instagram.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics and advertising. On our public marketing pages we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived), and the Meta pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. These tools use cookies or similar technology. They are not used in online booking or in any area you sign in to.
- Server logs. Our website host, Netlify, records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit, to keep the site running and secure.
- Spam protection. Our request form uses ALTCHA, an open source check that has your browser solve a small puzzle to filter out automated spam. It doesn't use cookies or track you.
How we use your information
- To respond to your requests, call you back and schedule your appointment.
- To run online booking and send appointment reminders.
- To understand how people use our website and improve it.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
- To keep our website secure and prevent spam and misuse.
We don't sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run our business and this website, and only for that purpose:
- Boulevard, for online booking, scheduling, reminders and payments.
- AlbaTech Services LLC (albatechservices.com), our digital marketing agency, which builds and maintains this website, runs our chat assistant and manages our online marketing. AlbaTech may see website inquiries and chat conversations to help us respond and improve the site.
- Anthropic, whose AI model writes the chat assistant's replies.
- Netlify, which hosts this website and stores request form submissions.
- Google, for Google Analytics.
- Meta, for Facebook and Instagram, including the Meta pixel.
We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients, our staff or others.
Your choices
- You can set your browser to block or delete cookies. The site still works without them.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
- You can control the ads Meta shows you in your Facebook ad preferences.
- You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us below. Some records, such as appointment and payment records, we may need to keep for legal or business reasons.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and we choose providers that do the same. No website or online service can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
This website isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
